Check-in and check-out times for ANT Biz Rooms begin at 12 noon local time. Should you plan to check in early or late, please contact our front office executive to make the necessary arrangements. If you don’t arrive by the 12 noon check-in time as per your reservation, it will be considered a no-show and may result in cancellation.
To avoid any issues, if you anticipate arriving late, we strongly recommend contacting the hotel directly at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. This proactive step will help secure your reservation. However, failing to provide advance notice may lead to reservation cancellation.
Early Check in Policy
If you arrive prior to the reservation check-in time of local time, we will do our best to accommodate your early arrival based on room availability. However, please be advised that early check-in cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee.
Late Check in Policy
If you require a later check-out time, please contact the hotel front officer desk to inquire about availability. Late check-out may be subject to an additional fee, and availability is based on the hotel’s occupancy levels.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: Under any circumstance, we do not offer refunds for bookings made with ANT Biz Room. This includes but is not limited to changes in travel plans, personal reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Within 30 Days: We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Customers are allowed to reschedule their booking to an alternative date, provided that the request is made within 30 days from the original booking date.
Rescheduling Fee: There may be a rescheduling fee associated with changing your booking date. The rescheduling fee will vary depending on the nature of your reservation and the availability of alternative dates. Please contact our customer support team for more information on rescheduling fees.
Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the room or space you originally booked. If the desired date is not available, we will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your needs.

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned earlier, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your booking, please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund.
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy. In such cases, we will work with customers to find a suitable resolution.
Hotel Policy
Reservation Gaurantee
To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card or payment of one night’s room rate in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the provided credit card.
Smoking Policy
ANT Biz Rooms is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and within 20 feet of the hotel entrance. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum fee of INR.2,500/-.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets in our hotel rooms, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA.
Damage Policy
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused to the room during their stay. Any additional cleaning or repair fees will be charged to the provided credit card.
Guest Behaviour
We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by hotel management may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Liability
ANT Biz Rooms is not liable for any loss or damage to guest property, including personal belongings left in the room or on hotel premises.
Parking Policy
Parking is available on-site from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you require parking inside of these hours, we recommend parking in front of the hotel, where security is available 24 hours. Please note that ANT Biz Rooms is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur to your vehicle while parked on hotel property or on the street.
Children & Extra Guest Policy
Children below 12 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing beds. For additional guests above 12 years of age, a fee of INR 500 per person, per night, will be charged.
